Steve is a resident of the Princeton, New Jersey area, where he lives with his wife, Janis, a homemaker, and their seventeen-year-old twin sons, Michael and Matthew, and their nine-year-old son, Eric David. Steve is a salt water and deep sea fishing enthusiast as well as an avid cyclist who has participated in several marathons. Steve is a devoted fan of Eric Clapton and all his works including Cream, Blind Faith, and The Yard Birds. Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Matawan, New Jersey, Steve is a former thespian who has appeared in many local plays and off-Broadway productions such as Play it again Sam, Carousel and The American Dream. Steve is the son of the late Stanley Weiss, a well-known recording engineer who earned four gold albums two for Barbara Streisand (funny girl & Barbara Streisand's greatest hits) one for Bob Dylan (New Morning) and one for Andy Williams (Shadow of Your smile) Stanley also worked with Santana, Tony Bennett, Simon & Garfunkel, Chicago, Mitch Miller, Jerry Vale, Perry Como, Blood Sweat & Tears, Poco,OC Smith. |
