Prior to retaining any company as a client, Eric, David & Sons goes inside each company's operations and thoroughly reviews the organization. We examine the entire operation and every aspect of the business plan, whether the company is a start-up or a fourth-generation family-run firm desiring an IPO. We thoroughly examine the capabilities and backgrounds of all the principals. EDS also conducts independent research to verify every company's claims. Such a thorough review allows us to counsel our clients on how to improve various aspects of their business. EDS will never endorse a particular stock unless the principals of our firm have personally interviewed the company's key executives and have been given complete cooperation in reviewing all aspects of the business from financial records to employee qualifications to long-term marketing and management plans and partnerships.

Our investor relations services are absolutely intrinsic to our client's operations. If EDS finds any areas of a potential client's operations to be lacking, we provide strategic counseling to optimally position the firm within the marketplace. We do not accept any client that does not comply with our recommendations for operational improvement.
